Audition for On Golden Pond
Looking for an opportunity to act? Then come audition for On Golden Pond at Community Theatre of Clay County on June 1 at 6:30pm! This is a undoubtedly a great opportunity for anyone who loves to act and wants to be part of a heart-warming show. We are looking for an actor and actress that can play within the ages of 60-80, two actors and one actress that can play within the ages of their 40s, and young actor, who can play the age of 13.
Help with Many of the Off Stage Jobs-NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
In addition to acting, there are plenty of other opportunities to get involved with the theatre. The following are some of the non-acting tasks that are available:
- Set Design and Construction: Do you have a passion for design or construction? Join the team that creates the set for each show. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn.
- Costume Design: Love fashion and design? The costume department is always looking for volunteers to help design and create costumes for each show.
- Stage Management: Are you organized and detail-oriented? The stage management team is responsible for keeping the show running smoothly during rehearsals and performances.
- Lighting and Sound: If you have a technical mind, the lighting and sound team is the perfect place for you. You’ll work with the director to create the perfect atmosphere for each scene.
- Front of House: Love meeting new people? Join the front of house team and help greet audience members, sell tickets, and usher people to their seats.
- Kitchen Help: During our dinner theatre performances, we need people to serve food, take drinks to guests, and wash dishes. We’re always looking for help in this area!
